The PAMAS S50 Series online particle counters are cost effective fixed installed measuring instruments for the condition monitoring and contamination analysis of liquids.
The S50 design allows for flexible integration into monitoring facilities for liquids. As well as providing the triple code according to ISO 4406 (size classes > 4 µm(c), > 6 µm(c) and > 14 µm(c)), PAMAS S50 Series measures the particle number and size distribution of all 8 size channels and the results are reported in real time to PC or PLC (programmable logic controller). This allows alerts to be triggered in case of failures caused by bigger particle sizes. The volumetric cell design of PAMAS sensors in the S50 Series means that 100% of the sample flow is measured, guaranteeing the highest accuracy and reproducibility.
An important option increasing the value of the PAMAS S50 Series as a condition monitoring instrument is the ability to have four analogue inputs on board for four extra 4-20 mA signals to be sent to a PC. This means that the S50 Series serves as a powerful condition monitoring interface.

- PAMAS POV (PAMAS Online Visualisation) Software: Software programme for online fluid condition monitoring and visualisation of measuring results. PAMAS POV can be used to start and stop measuring of a compatible particle counter.
- PAMAS PCT (PAMAS Component Test) Software: Enables online cleanliness tests of manufactured components in machinery engineering applications (test rigs).
