PAMAS S70

The PAMAS S70 is a laboratory particle counter for aqueous fluids with precise flow control for contamination monitoring and component cleanliness control.

The PAMAS S70 liquid particle counter creates a new level of excellence in pharmaceutical particle analysis. Featuring state-of-the-art technology including 4,096 size channels, it raises the benchmark for precise measurement in the exceptionally strictly regulated quality standards of the pharma industry.

The PAMAS S70 is equipped with its own 21 CFR Part 11 compliant operating system and is conveniently controlled via the integrated 12” touch screen. This enables efficient and secure measurements without the need for external hardware, although this is still possible if required.

Equipped with an integrated laminar flow cabinet and HEPA filter, the PAMAS S70 maintains a clean environment and simplifies sample handling for accurate results.

	Ultra-high resolution with 4,096 freely selectable size channels.
	Calibrated according to international standards including ISO 21501-2, ISO 21501-3 or USP <1788>. These calibrations are traceable to NIST standards.
	Automatic sample flow and volume control via a stepper motor driven syringe module.
	Interchangeable syringes with 1, 10 and 25 ml volume.
	Reporting of measurement results according to the following pharmacopoeian test methods: USP <787> , USP <788>, USP <789>, Ph.Eur. 2.9.19, Ph.Eur. 2.9.53, BP XIII, JP 6.0.7, KP XII, IP 2.5.9, IP 2.2.32 as well as raw data. Customer specific measurement methods can also be created.
	Power supply via alternating current: 100 – 240V, 230 V, 50–60Hz.
	The volumetric sensor cell and advanced optical components guarantee high resolution and accuracy. Every particle passing through the sensor is detected. This design ensures the true measurement of the fluid sample including ultra clean fluids.
	PAMAS S70 Pharma Integrated clean box with HEPA filter to ensure a clean atmosphere for pharmaceutical applications.  The HEPA filter is conveniently located on the back of the instrument turning the PAMAS S70 into a stand-alone clean environment, removing the need to place the system in a laminar flow cabinet.
