Reports

The OSL Demo web application has been pre-configured with standard reports that are supplied with Wonderware Information Server web applications that we develop.  The Reports section of the OSL Demo web application demonstrates these reports.  Please refer to the individual sub section for detail information on these reports.

Reports configured for the OSL Demo web application have been developed using SQL Server Businesses Intelligence Development Studio shipped with Microsoft Reporting Services for Microsoft SQL Server 2005.  The Wonderware Information Server uses a SQL Server database to store and retrieve data, and hence custom reports can be developed to meet the individual needs of your business using the these tools.  The Reports section of Wonderware Information Server uses Microsoft Reporting Services, and hence you can leverage on these tools to link data from your other database systems with your process data collected and used by the Wonderware applications.  This will allow you to view your processes in relations to other aspects of your database systems to report on items such as the cost of running the processes.
