Pre-Saved trends are trends that have been created using the Active Factory Trend application and have been published to the Wonderware Information Server website. When publishing trends, the administrator publishing the trend has lockdown options to prevent users from modifying aspects of the published trends when they are viewing these. The lockdown options available when publishing trends are illustrated in the "Active Factory Trend Publishing Options" image below for your reference.
Active Factory Trend Publishing Options
The OSL Demo web application has several pre-saved trends that have been published. These trends can be found under the Trends node of the menu, and include all trends except the one named "Trend". The trends we have published do not allow the user to add any further tags to the trend. Users can change the trend time and can select which of the trends in the list they would like trended. The lockdown options that we have used for these published trends are: Enable context menu, Show toolbar, Show timebar and Allow grid editing.
