The particle count report reports on the particle counts recorded within the specified date and time range for the selected particle counters, and highlights the alarm values in amber for Alerts limits and red for Action limits that are exceeded. When you navigate to this report, you will be presented with the following parameter selections screen from which you can select the reports date and time range and the particle counters to report on. Note that the particle counter selection is multi selectable. Once you've specified the desired parameters, click on the Execute button to execute the report.
Particle Count Parameters
When the report is finished executing it will be displayed with the ability to print or export the report. Along the top of the displayed report you will notice the page navigation, zoom, search, export and print options. The filer criteria section of the report displays the options that you set in the report parameter section, and the report section displays the report output. The Report displays the Date & Time of the count, and the 0.5um and 5.0um counts for each of the particle counters. At the end of the report, the sample start and end time are displayed with the total number of samples taken and the number of counts that have exceeded the alert and action limits for the two particle sizes.
