The Configure section of the alarm views allows you to configure the parameters associated with the Current and History alarm views. The various sections of the configuration page are described below.
Display Properties
The Display Properties section of the Configure view allows you to specify the display properties for the Current and History views. A detailed definition of the properties are defined in the table below.

Auto Refresh Current Alarms |
This checkbox is used to indicate whether you would like the alarm views automatically refreshed. |
Refresh Interval |
If the Auto Refresh Current Alarms checkbox is checked, you can use this property to specify the rate at which the alarms are refreshed. |
Group Name |
The Group Name drop down box allows you to narrow down the alarms to on of the sub alarm groups defined for the selected section. |
Tag Name |
The Tag Name field can be used to narrow down the alarm view to display alarms for a single tag. |
max number of Alarms |
This drop down list can be used to specify the maximum number of alarms to display. |
Display Fields
The Display Fields section of the Configure view allows you to specify the columns that you would like displayed in the Current and History views. Please note that the Alarm Duration field only applies to the History view.
Time Display Options
The Time Display Option allows you to specify the alarms that you would like displayed in the History view. The Default subsection allows you to specify pre-configured times such as alarms in the last 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 8 hours and 24 hours. Alternatively, you can use the custom section to display alarms at a specific point in history for a duration specified.
(NOTE: Only 6 months of alarm data is stored in the alarm database. Please refer to the Alarm Database Archiving section for more details.)
