Batch Alarm History

The batch alarm history report is used to report on the alarms for selected particle counter(s) and batch number.  When you navigate to this report, you will be presented with the following parameter selections screen from which you can select the particle counter(s) and type in the batch number to report on.  Note that the particle counter selection is multi selectable.  Once you've specified the desired parameters, click on the Execute button to execute the report.

When the report is finished executing it will be displayed with the ability to print or export the report.  Along the top of the displayed report you will notice the page navigation, zoom, search, export and print options.  The filer criteria section of the report displays the options that you set in the report parameter section, and the report section displays the report output.  Please refer to the table below for details on the columns displayed in the report.

Description

Alarm Date & Time

Date & Time of the alarm state.

Tag Name

The name of point in alarm.

Group

The alarm group in which the point in alarm belongs to.

Alarm State

The alarm state.

Alarm Type

The type of alarm (Lo, Hi, HiHi, etc.)

Alarm Value

The value at alarm.

Exceeded Limit

The alarm limit that has been exceeded.

Batch No

The Batch Number associated with the alarm.  (This only applies to alarms associated with a particle counter.)

Alarm Duration

The duration of the alarm from when the limit was exceeded to when it returned to a value within the limit.

Alarm Comment

Initially the comment is the description of the point in alarm.  Once the alarm has been acknowledged, the comment field will contain the username of the person that has acknowledged the alarm followed by the comment that they have provided whilst acknowledging the alarm.
