Environmental Monitoring Software

OptiCal Sciences is pleased to offer two choices when fixed environmental monitoring systems are required to continuously sample your clean environment during sterile manufacturing. This is a requirement of EUGMP annex 1 especially for grade A areas.

As systems integrators for Wonderware using our development studio license OptiCal has the aptitude to develop integrated Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition systems (SCADA) solutions for customer applications. These EMS systems are constructed to be compatible with a wide variety of industry standard Ethernet, analogue and digital sensors measuring particles, temp/RH, room pressure and airflow velocities. Bespoke systems are constructed and validated in accordance with 21CFR part 11 and GAMP4 guidelines.

Climet DataPro is the second option available and has been specifically designed for continuous particle monitoring only. It is fully validated against GAMP4 guidlines and is CFR21 part 11 compliant.
